• Sergei Nikolaevich Kutenev graduated from the Platov South-Russian State Polytechnic University (NPI) in 2005 with a diploma in engineering with a major “Electrical Power Stations and Substations”.

• Executive MBA “Strategic Management and Leadership” at the Institute of Business and Business Administration at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in 2020.
  Thesis topic: “Cable Factory Strategic Development”.
• Master’s degree in State and Municipal Social Policy at the Institute of Public Service and Administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
