Employee training by the Federal Center of Competence

As part of the national project “Labour Productivity”, Expert-Cable LLC provided its employees with vocational training and additional professional retraining programs.

The Federal Centre for Competences provided training and coaching for our employees in the following areas:

— The basics of lean manufacturing

— Mapping

— 5C in production

— Standardized work

— Single Minute Exchange of Dies

During the SMED training, participants used a special press simulator to immerse themselves in the real conversion process, identify problems and optimize the process, gradually reducing the conversion time to a minimum.

Over a period of three days, 30 employees completed the training.

The educational program focused on learning how to use tools that improve the efficiency of current operations, quickly identify losses and problems in the production process, achieve balanced and synchronized operations, minimize inventory and ensure the quality of the products being manufactured.
